- It's bedtime in Axle City,

and the monster machines are getting ready for sleep.

But no one can go to bed without one important thing--

their pillows!

Big pillows and small pillows,

fluffy pillows and squishy pillows,

green pillows, blue pillows,

even bright red racing pillows.

[musical car horn honking]

[heroic music]

[laughs] Yes, everyone has a special pillow

that helps them get a good night's sleep.

But all that was about to change,

for heading to Axle City on his flying pirate ship

was the notorious pillow bugling buccaneer,

the Pillow Pirate.

[jaunty music]

- [laughs]

♪ Pillow-de-doo ♪

♪ Pillow-de-dee ♪

♪ I simply must have every pillow I see ♪

♪ Pillow-de-doo ♪

♪ Pillow-de-dee ♪

♪ I want every pillow in Axle City ♪

[laughs]

[dramatic music]

- Huh?

- Hey!

- Where'd my pillow go?

- [laughs]

Just look at all these wonderful pillows!

So soft, so fluffy, so--

Ohh, ohh, ohh!

[groaning]

- Huh? - Hey!

- Our pillows!

- Pillow? Where'd you go?

- Gee, it kinda seems like

someone is trying to take all the pillows in Axle City.

- Pickle's right. Look!

It's the Pillow Pirate!

- Pillow-de-dee!

- We can't let the Pillow Pirate

get away with this.

- Yeah, we've gotta stop him and get those pillows back.

- For a mission this big, I'm gonna need some upgrades.

Time to become...

[rock music]

Special Mission Blaze!

- All right! - Yeah!

- Check it out.

Blaze has three new special mission modes.

- This button activates laser sword mode.

[whirring]

- With my laser sword, I can chop through things.

Yah! Hyah! Yah!

- This button activates super bouncy mode.

[whirring]

- With my super bouncer, I can bounce over anything.

[all laughing, cheering]

- This last button activates smashing hammer mode.

[whirring]

- My smashing hammer gives me the power

to bash through anything.

Yah!

- Now nothing's gonna stop us from taking back those pillows.

- That's right, 'cause he's Special Mission...

- Whoo-hoo! - Go, Blaze!

- My pillow!

♪ Soon every pillow will belong to me ♪

Ahh! [groans]

[musical car horn honking]

Shiver me pillows!

That sounds like

Special Mission Blaze!

Ohh! I can't let Blaze take all my beautiful pillows.

What'll I do?

Aha! Pillow-dee-dee!

I know what'll stop those heroes--

giant prickly porcupines!

Uh, ah!

[bell dings]

♪ Wakey, wakey ♪ [bell dings]

[porcupines chittering]

- Over here, the Pillow Pirate went this way-ay-ay!

[laughing]

Ahh!

- Phew, that was close.

- Those giant porcupines almost popped our tires.

[laughing]

- If we're gonna catch that Pillow Pirate,

we've gotta find some way to get past 'em.

- Hey, I've got an idea.

What if we bounce over those giant porcupines?

- Yeah, we can use one of our special mission modes

to help us.

- Remember, this button gives Blaze a laser sword,

this button gives him a super bouncer,

and this button gives him a smashing hammer.

- To bounce over the giant porcupines,

Which button should we press?

Super bouncy mode! Yeah!

- Activating super bouncy mode.

[whirring]

- Come on, team. Let's bounce!

Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- Look out, Blaze.

Two red porcupines are headed this way.

[laughing]

- And here come two blue porcupines.

[laughing]

- Quick, let's figure out

how many there are all together.

- Time for some special mission addition.

- Two red and two blue porcupines.

- How many porcupines are there all together?

Four. Yeah!

Two plus two equals four.

- Then we're gonna need four super bounces

to get past 'em.

[porcupine laughs]

[all cheering]

- Careful! More porcupines straight ahead!

- Two blue porcupines and three red porcupines.

- Two blue and three red.

How many porcupines are there all together?

- Five! Right!

- Two plus three equals five.

- Five bounces, coming up!

- We just have to get past these last porcupines.

- Here come three red porcupines,

two blue porcupines,

and one purple porcupine.

Six! Yeah!

- Let's bounce!

Well, he may have gotten past those porcupines,

but he'll never get through...

[grunts]

a wall of anchors! [laughs]

- Blaze, look out!

[tires screech]

- The Pillow Pirate blocked the tunnel

with anchors from his pirate ship.

- [grunting]

Whoa!

These anchors are big and heavy.

We've gotta figure out some way to knock 'em down.

- Hey, I know.

Maybe we can smash through those anchors

with one of our special mission modes.

- Yeah, check it out.

This button activates laser sword mode,

this one activates super bouncy mode,

and this button activates smashing hammer mode.

- To smash through the anchors, which button should we press?

Smashing hammer mode. Right.

[whirring]

- Yeah!

- Awesome!

- To smash down this wall of anchors,

we need to swing our hammer with a lot of force.

To help me use force, say, "force."

[all cheering]

- It's working!

- The wall is starting to break.

- But to knock it down,

we're gonna need even more force.

Even louder this time, say, "force."

[cheering] - Nice smashing, Blaze.

We just need one more smash.

- Yeah, with the most force yet.

- Let's do it. Shout, "force."

[expl*si*n booms] [cheering]

All right!

- We did it!

- And, look, there goes the Pillow Pirate's ship!

- Now's our chance to get those pillows back

once and for all.

- Yeah!

- Special Mission...

[gentle music]

- [yawns]

- ♪ Pillow-dee-doo pillow-dee-dee ♪

♪ I simply must have every pillow I see ♪

♪ These pillows are mine, now I'm off to the sea ♪

Ta-ta! [laughs]

- Give up, Pillow Pirate.

Those pillows don't belong to you.

- Oh, yeah?

Well, if you wanna stop me,

you'll have to get past-- [grunts]

my double decker cannons!

- Whoa!

- [laughs] Pillow-dee-dee!

- Oh, man. Those are some giant cannonballs.

- To get past 'em, we're gonna need

our special mission modes.

- Yeah, a special mission mode that's powerful enough

to chop through those cannonballs.

- Check it out.

This button gives Blaze a laser sword

that can chop through anything.

- This button gives him a super bouncer

to jump super high.

- And this button gives him a smashing hammer.

- The pirate ship is spinning out of control!

- All the pillows are about to fall in the ocean!

- We've gotta go super fast and save 'em.

We did it! We saved the pillows!

You win, Special Mission Blaze. I give up!

- But why'd you do it, Pillow Pirate?

- Yeah, how come you tried to take all the pillows?

- I'm sorry. It was wrong of me.

But I did it because--

because I've never had my own pillow before!

[wails]

- Pillow Pirate, look! You found something!

- It's a treasure chest.

- What? A treasure chest?

- Go on, Pillow Pirate, open it.

- Oh, well, okay.

[yelps]

Pillow-dee-dee!

It's something soft and squishy

and perfect for a good night's sleep.

It's my very own pillow!

- Hooray! - All right!

- Congratulations.

- Oh! Oh, thank you. Thank you, friends.

And I promise,

from now on, I won't be taking

anyone else's pillows ever again.

- Well, then, come on.

Let's bring back the rest of these pillows

so everyone can have a good night's sleep.

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah! All right!

- Pillow-dee-dee!

- And so, with the help of the Pillow Pirate,

Special Mission Blaze returned the pillows

to everyone in Axle City.

And when the job was done,

There was only one thing left to do--

have a sleepover!

[laughter]

- Finally, when it was time for bed,

the friends snuggled up with their pillows

and drifted off to sleep.

It was another mission accomplished
