I've had Winston now six years.

where I've felt so alone.

And you know, he's always there.

a tough start to the year

because my best friend Lou

died by suicide six weeks ago.

So it's been, like,
a really hard time.

He's just been so amazing.

I was trying so hard not to cry

because I've been missing
my dog so much.

I brought these over

I have a little sausage dog.

being away from her

but I wouldn't

you've come in your life?

- I haven't personally done it,

but my brother,
he used to always love it

when we're a bit younger.

He would come up to me

he loved that game.

in this competition?

her first marriage

with her four-year-old son,
and she hitchhiked

from Colombia
all the way to Brazil.

She was so fearless.

She was always so welcoming

just so loving to everyone.

And she unfortunately
was diagnosed with cancer.

And the doctors were like,
you know,

if you don't do the surgery,
you'll have two years to live.

Like, being her,
stubborn, fearless,

she didn't want that.

Oh, it was like, I think
the hardest thing I've ever

gone through watching someone
I love deteriorate so much.

But it's taught me a lot.

Like, it's taught me
to be really vulnerable.

And I think
I resonated with what Ru said

about being vulnerable.

There's actually
so much strength in that.

- It's scarier.

Like, it's easy
to just be tough, pretend.

Like, that was me before.

I just never opened up
to anyone.

I was always really,
like, surface level.

And you have deeper connections
with people.

So you're like, I see your pain.

You see my pain.
This is like... this is me.

And I feel that energy from you.

Like, I feel like you're really
vulnerable, which is nice.

- Despite this loss
that Taina's experienced,

she's still radiating
love and joy,

and her energy
is just beautiful.

I think it was just the
personality that I was loving,

not the sack of skin
that I'm stuck with.

Up first, Hollywould Star,
Ava Star, and their dog,

Ruby Star.

I hope they're staying
at a dog friendly resort.

who is anyone goes.

- What can I say?

I like big mutts,
and I cannot lie.

- My garment is a beautiful
dress with a kaftan cape

and, of course,
the 50-inch human hair.

Ava is looking stunning.
She is feeling the fantasy.

I am so proud of her.

Little Rupert, AKA Ruby Star,

has definitely
had some improvement

from our practice run.

But today,
he has shaken that off.

- Rupert's wearing real fur,
and he's proud of it.

and their dog, Neptune.

- Ooh.

- In the real world,
when you see drag daughters

and their drag mothers,
a huge part of that is,

like, the creation
of what their face looks like

and the shape of it.

And I just wasn't really
getting any from that.

- I actually liked Ava's makeup
better than Hollywould's.

- Hmm, yeah.

- Hollywould does her eye the
exact same way all the time.

I need to see more contouring
in Hollywould's makeup.

- I do agree, but I just saw
something in Hollywould Star.

I can feel people watching her.

And she's going to be
someone's reason to smile.

to !sis Avis Loren
and her drag daughter, Venus.

- They were exactly what
drag family resemblance

is all about,
and the piece de résistance

was the dog
and their performance.

Even the padding on Venus
was like, damn, girl!

It looked so right and so good.

- One of the reasons this is
one of my favorite challenges

we do in this show
is seeing the way the person

being made over
feels themselves on stage.

And Venus was living.

- The way Venus walked
down that runway,

she became a goddess.

Let's move on now
to Flor and Rosa.

- Flor and Rosa
do not look identical,

but you can look at them,
and you could see

a family resemblance.

Baby Burrito
was so cute in the tutu.

And I like how Flor
looked out for Rosa.

That was apparent.

- I love the kind of campy
but sexy vibe

like a couple of nuns
living in "The Hunger Games."

I like that.

The sluttiest virgins for God
I've ever seen in my life.

- Both of their shoes
were the exact same

but different color.

Down to the fine detail,
I really like

what she did with that.

- There was synergy

that those two had.

And I think
it has to do with where

they come from originally.

They overlap with the religious
overtones of their homelands.

And I think the dresses
reflected that.

Also,
Flor really dragged her up.

That was some drag makeup.

- I always love seeing the kind
