I think I'd have made a pretty good

rocket I'd be all alone for weeks at a

time no one to talk to just me

but I'd get used to it I'm good at

silence

oh what's the biggest planet that's easy

it's the sun actually the biggest planet

in our solar system is Jupiter oh that's

because the sun's not a planet it's a

star that's right then the Earth and all

the other planets travel around it yes

Mercury is closest to the Sun then Venus

then Earth then Mars oh then Jupiter

then Saturn then Uranus then Neptune wow

can you get all the way there in a

rocket you can but it would take you

about 12 years 12

is ah I'd be old like you miss

uh yes are there any animals animals or

planets oh googly eyes space monsters

yeah

well there are billions of planets

beyond our solar system that we know

very little about but no one's ever seen

space aliens at least not yet but they

don't have snow on other planets only we

have that

and we can't even play in it

like on the moon is it made of

cheese uh no the surface is quite soft

so you make Footprints when you walk and

it's covered in giant craters from where

meteors have landed I bet giant space

mice inside with big long noses

probably not mirror but you can jump six

times further on the moon than you can

on Earth

wow oh I wish we could go to the Moon

well maybe we can

this is just Ted's yard how's this like

the moon you'll see we're going to turn

it into our very own moonscape how are

we gonna do that remember I told you how

the surface of the Moon was soft and you

make Footprints when you walk

well we can do the same with snow

oh yeah and we can use the snow to make

craters like on the moon

exactly what a great idea right let's

I always fancy being a postman really oh

yes traveling through our beautiful

Universe making new discoveries and

special deliveries where no one's

delivered before

now we've got our own Moon and our own

astronaut to go with it

yes it was one small step for a postman

but one giant leap for Greendale space
